My name is Kate Saunders. I trained and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2000 whilst working at the RSPCA. I left to gain invaluable experience in emergency care of British wildlife at St Tiggywinkles in Aylesbury. However, I missed home and domestic animals so returned to work at the RSPCA. I started here at Amicus in January 2006 and enjoy working with my colleagues in this very friendly practice. I have had the pleasure in helping to treat some unusual animals. As Amicus is near to home, I now have more time to spend with my pets, mostly strays, that I have collected over the years.
